Moving Up in the Blogging World

3When I was a girl, my cousin and I would spend hours and hours drawing intricate paper dolls and creating clothing, accessories, and backdrops to place them on. We loved to make these paper dolls, and one day we had the bright idea to start selling our creations for money. We came up with a name for a website and started the process of scanning in all of our drawings to upload to the website. Needless to say, I don’t think the website was ever started, we must’ve lost interest, but my childhood dream to own a website never died. I am proud to rekindle the dream that I once had through my food blog!

It’s hard to believe that I started my blog at two years ago! At the time I wanted to just get my feet wet and see what the deal was with food blogging. I never got very serious about blogging until a few months ago, when I decided to update my blog a little more often. I have enjoyed blogging so much that I have decided that I am FINALLY ready to get more serious and take the leap into the self-hosting world! I am so excited! I was a little hesitant at first, but I figured it would be nice to have more control over my blog (and it has been so fun to customize!). After a week of editing, adding widgets, and making changes to my new website, it is finally time to go live!

Feel free to take some time to look around. I hope you enjoy the changes!

P.S. This site is still a work in progress and I will continue to make updates in the coming weeks. If you find broken links or other problems, feel free to let me know!
