Authentic Guacamole

This authentic guacamole recipe can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. With just six ingredients, it's sure to be a hit every time!

  • 3 avocados
  • 2 roma tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 white onion diced
  • 3 Tbsp cilantro
  • 1 lime juiced
  • dash of salt


  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and skin and place in a large bowl. Mash with a potato masher or fork until the desired texture is reached.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir together. Taste and add additional lime juice, salt, etc. as necessary.

Recipe Notes

  • Store leftover guacamole in an airtight container with a thin layer of water on top of the guac. Refrigerate for up to 2 days. Drain off the water before serving.
