Easy Peach Tiramisu
Peach Tiramisu is a fun twist on the classic Italian dessert. The dessert is made with layers of crispy ladyfingers, juicy peaches, luscious cream filling, and sliced almonds - it's the perfect way to enjoy sweet summer peaches!

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3-4 peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 can peach nectar
- 1 package lady fingers, 24 cookies
- sliced almonds
- mint, optional
Instructions
- Soak the diced peaches in the peach nectar for 30 minutes. Once done soaking, strain the peaches and save the leftover peach nectar.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, beat whipped cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream and cream cheese together until combined.
- Dip cookies into peach nectar and arrange the cookies side by side at the bottom of the dish.
- Spread half of the whipped cream mixture on top of the cookies.
- Spread the diced peaches on top.
- Follow with another layer of cookies along with the rest of the whipped cream. Top with sliced almonds.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 6 hours or overnight. Serve with mint garnish, if desired.
Notes
- I used a 7x11" baking pan to make this tiramisu. If you'd prefer to use a 9x13" pan, I recommend doubling the recipe.
