  • 1 bag of frozen Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 bag of baby Carrots
  • 1 bag of frozen Peas
  • Strawberry Trifle


  1. In the morning, put the pot roast in a crock pot. Sprinkle a packet of onion soup mix on top of the roast and add 1 cup of water. Turn on low setting and let cook for 8 hours or until thoroughly cooked.
  2. I recommend preparing the rest of the meal about 2 hours before the roast is ready. Prepare the Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and strawberry trifle according to the recipes (which I will be posting later).
  3. Cook the frozen vegetables according to the directions on the packages. The carrots can be cooked in the microwave with a tablespoon of water for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
  4. Once all of the food is ready, it is time to enjoy!
