Crush the graham crackers with a rolling pin. Set aside.
Layer the parfaits, starting with the graham cracker crumbs, cheesecake filling, and berries. Continue layering until each glass is full. Garnish with additional graham cracker crumbs and berries. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
