Baked feta with honey is an easy appetizer baked to perfection in only 20 minutes. Tangy feta, wrapped in crispy phyllo and drizzled with sweet honey is simple, yet satisfying.
Lay out a sheet of phyllo and brush with olive oil. Place the block of feta at the bottom of the sheet and fold the cheese over until it is completely wrapped in the phyllo. Brush the outside with more olive oil.
Place block of feta on a pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Drizzle with honey and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
If you find that one sheet of phyllo doesn't completely cover the feta, you can add additional sheets brushed with olive oil.
