Ingredients

roma tomatoes
diced

large white onion
diced

jalapeno pepper
seeds removed and diced

cup
cilantro
chopped

lime
juiced

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Place the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Taste and add more lime juice or salt if desired.
For the best flavor, allow to sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight. Serve with chips or your favorite Mexican meal.
