Berry Caprese Salad
Nothing says summer like a berry caprese salad made with a beautiful assortment of fresh berries, mozzarella pearls, mint and a mouthwatering strawberry balsamic glaze.

Caprese Salad

cups
sliced strawberries

cup
blueberries

blackberries
1
cup
raspberries

mozzarella pearls

mint leaves
cut into strips
Strawberry Balsamic Glaze

balsamic vinegar
½
cup
strawberries
diced
¼
cup
honey

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Combine the berries, mozzarella and mint in a large bowl.
Drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
Strawberry Balsamic GlazeCombine the glaze ingredients in a small sauce pan. Let simmer for 8-10 minutes until thickened.
Strain into a jar or bowl. Allow to cool before adding to salad.
