This fresh Peach Mango Salsa is the perfect way to use up all that fresh summer produce! Bright, colorful, and full of flavor, it's a show-stopping dip that's delicious served with tortilla chips, spooned onto tacos, or paired with grilled chicken or fish.
In a medium bowl, gently mix together the mango, peach, tomato, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.Squeeze in lime juice, add salt and pepper, and stir to combine.
Chill for at least 30 minutes to give the flavors time to meld. Serve!

Prep: For the peaches, peeling is completely optional. If the skin doesn't bother you, you can leave it on. In fact, the skin has more nutrients anyways!
Storage: The salsa will stay fresh for about 2-3 days in the refrigerator. Keep in mind that the fruit will release juice as it sits, so give it a quick stir before serving.
