Strawberry Agua Fresca
This cool, refreshing strawberry agua fresca is made with only 5 simple ingredients. Blend it together in a matter of minutes for the perfect Mexican drink to cool off with on a hot summer day.

Ingredients

cold water

fresh strawberries
sliced

lime
juiced

mint leaves
Instructions
Blend 2 cups of water, strawberries, lime, sugar and mint leaves until smooth.
Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the agua fresca into a pitcher. Discard the remaining pulp.
Stir the remaining 2 cups of water into the pitcher. Serve over ice and garnish with additional strawberries, lime, and mint, if desired.
