    3. Top with fresh fruit right before serving!

    🍴Storage

Overnight oats can be stored in the fridge for 3-5 days in an airtight container.

    🌟 Top tip

Add the fruit to the oats just before serving. This prevents the fruit from browning and helps it maintain a fresher taste and texture!

    💭 FAQs

Do you eat overnight oats warm or cold?

Typically, overnight oats are eaten cold right out of the refrigerator. Although, overnight oats can be warmed in the microwave for a minute if you are craving a hot breakfast.

What oats are best for overnight oats?

Rolled oats are the best for overnight oats. Quick oats will get too soggy, and steel-cut oats will not soften enough when just soaked in milk.

Should I soak chia seeds before adding to overnight oats?

Nope! There is no need to soak the chia seeds beforehand because the chia seeds will soak with the oats overnight.
