🥘 Ingredients

- Rolled oats
- Unsweetened almondmilk coconutmilk blend
- Vanilla Greek yogurt: Plain Greek yogurt can also be used as well.
- Chia seeds
- Honey, maple syrup or agave nectar: I like adding a bit of sweetener, but this can easily be omitted if you wish to cut back on the sugar content.
- Coconut flakes
- Favorite tropical fruit (kiwi, mango, pineapple, banana, etc)
🔪 Instructions

- Add oats, almond milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and sweetener of choice to a bowl.

2. Mix all of the ingredients together until well blended. Transfer to a Mason jar or overnight container and allow oats to sit overnight in the refrigerator.

3. Top with fresh fruit right before serving!
🍴Storage
Overnight oats can be stored in the fridge for 3-5 days in an airtight container.
🌟 Top tip
Add the fruit to the oats just before serving. This prevents the fruit from browning and helps it maintain a fresher taste and texture!

💭 FAQs
Typically, overnight oats are eaten cold right out of the refrigerator. Although, overnight oats can be warmed in the microwave for a minute if you are craving a hot breakfast.
Rolled oats are the best for overnight oats. Quick oats will get too soggy, and steel-cut oats will not soften enough when just soaked in milk.
Nope! There is no need to soak the chia seeds beforehand because the chia seeds will soak with the oats overnight.
