This fresh Peach Mango Salsa is the perfect way to use up all that fresh summer produce! Bright, colorful, and full of flavor, it's a show-stopping dip that's delicious served with tortilla chips, spooned onto tacos, or paired with grilled chicken or fish.

If you love this salsa, you'll love my Pico de Gallo and Authentic Guacamole recipes too!

I have to admit, I'm a little obsessed with this recipe! Whenever peach season comes along, I can't resist the urge to chop them up and throw them into this salsa (or this refreshing Peach Lassi!) The sweet peach and mango pair so well with the crunchy red bell pepper and just a little spicy kick from the jalapeño.

This is the kind of recipe I reach for when I want a light and refreshing snack that's also easy to throw together. It's the perfect mix of sweet, savory, and zesty, and it always disappears fast at my house!

❤️ Why You'll Love This Recipe

  • Fresh and Flavorful - Summer calls for recipes that are fresh and flavorful, and this salsa is exactly that! Made with a variety of fresh summer produce, like peaches and mangos, it's refreshing and packed full of flavor.
  • Quick and Easy - You only need 15 minutes and a few ingredients to make this salsa. Just chop and mix and you're ready to dig in!
  • Versatile - This salsa is delicious served with tortilla chips, but it's also the perfect accompaniment to tacos or grilled chicken or fish.

🛒 Ingredients

Ingredients for peach mango salsa.
  • Mango: Make sure your mango is ripe! It should show a good balance of red, yellow and green color and it should give in slightly when it's gently squeezed.
  • Peach: For the best flavor the peach you use should be ripe, but not overripe or bruised.
  • Tomato: Adds a little bit of acidity so the salsa isn't overly sweet. You can use any tomato variety, I opted for Beefsteak when I made the salsa.
  • Jalapeno: Adds just a touch of heat. You can leave it out entirely if you're sensitive to heat.

See the recipe card below for full information on ingredients and quantities.

🔄 Substitutions & Variations

  • Mango: If you can't find a good mango, try pineapple instead!
  • Peach: Nectarines also work great as they have a very similar flavor and texture.
  • Red bell pepper: Yellow or orange bell peppers can also be used as they have a similar sweetness and crunch.

🍑 How to Make Peach Mango Salsa

Ingredients for peach mango salsa in a mixing bowl.

Step 1: In a medium bowl, gently mix together the mango, peach, tomato, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.

Squeeze in lime juice, add salt and pepper, and stir to combine.

Hand dipping chip into bowl of peach mango salsa.

Step 2: Chill for at least 30 minutes to give the flavors time to meld. Serve!

🌟Expert Tips

  • Dice everything very small. The flavors blend better and the salsa is easier to serve when the produce is diced up pretty small. If you don't have a veggie chopper, I highly recommend getting one as it will make this process so much easier! This veggie chopper (affiliate link) has become an absolute workhorse in my kitchen.
  • Use very ripe fruit. Underripe mango or peach will affect the texture of the salsa and make it more tart than sweet.
  • Let it rest. Chill the salsa for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together so you end up with a much more flavorful salsa! In fact, I think this salsa is even better the next day.

💭 FAQs (storage, serving, etc.)

How long does mango peach salsa last?

It will stay fresh for about 2-3 days in the refrigerator. Keep in mind that the fruit will release juice as it sits, so give it a quick stir before serving.

Should you peel peaches for salsa?

For the peaches, peeling is completely optional. If the skin doesn't bother you, you can leave it on. In fact, the skin has more nutrients anyways!

What goes well with peach salsa?

The options are endless when it comes to serving peach salsa! Here are just a few ideas:

Tortilla chips
Pita chips or flatbread
Over cream cheese or goat cheese
Grilled chicken
Fish and seafood
Pork
Turkey burgers or grilled turkey
Tacos
Quesadillas
Burrito bowls
Avocado toast
Alongside Scrambled Eggs
Mixed into a Salad
